Our Background
Xtranet Solutions is an Information and Technology consulting firm with over five different corporate clients supporting over 500 users. We monitor a networking system that spans between towns (Victoria Falls and Hwange) and three countries (Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana).
Our company was formed in 2017 after we saw a gap in the Information Communications Technology sector in Zimbabwe. The past few years have seen a rise in the creation of small to medium-sized enterprises in the region. These all need secure and reliable solutions for their data storage, network connectivity, and information security. We exist to provide these tailor-made solutions to our clients every day.
As a brand, we aspire to continually provide functional, reliable, and client-specific IT solutions to organizations of all types, hence our motto “Reliable Working Solutions”. We are always inspired to go the Xtra mile in providing Xtra value in all the services and products we present to our valued clients.

We’ve been consistently providing reliable ICT solutions to clients for over 5 years now. Our clients trust our swift and secure service. Installation of a WAN interconnecting 5 camps (some of which are over 50km apart)
covering a wide section of one of Zimbabwe’s largest national parks.
Setting up and maintaining ( for more than 5 years now) a Wide Area Network (WAN) for one of the country’s largest tour operators. This client has a number of sites across Victoria Falls.
Setting up an encrypted VPN to solve a major point-of-sale malfunctioning problem for one of our biggest clients.
Successfully maintaining servers, points of sale, and WIFI for some of Victoria Falls’s most prominent hotels, lodges, and safaris.
We fostered a working technological partnership with one of the country’s fastest-growing Internet Access Providers, Dandemutande. We install and maintain internet connectivity for their clients in the Matabeleland North province.
Installing and maintaining internet connectivity for a technology platform that teaches coding and design to children in several locations namely, Harare, Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, Dete, and Hwange. The setting up and maintenance of the respective LANs were also done by Xtranet Solutions.
Successfully training client staff (most of whom have no background in technology) when installing new systems.

As part of our mission to contribute positively to the awareness of ICT-related careers among high school students, we carry out yearly pro-bono career guidance towards ICT and Telecommunications mainly in the Matabeleland North province of Zimbabwe. During this exercise, we volunteer to educate students about the most in-demand tech and cloud-related careers available to them.
